shoreham oysters

thinking of trying to revive the oyster fishery at shoreham would love to hear from anybody with any helpful information pictures stories etc

I think that before starting up the old Shoreham Oyster trade you need to find a way to defend against the Starfish...when diving of the oyster beds many years ago I found a huge area of empty Oyster shells populated by hundreds of Starfish...perhaps Mussels would be a better bet ?
