Seeing how the streets of Shoreham are permantly congested with parked cars turning many into one way only carriageways ( Have you ever tried to drive up Connaught Avenue or Victoria Road ?) its about time that our planners decided to invest in a couple of underground carparks, they no doubt will bring up excuses regarding flooding etc which is Daughter lives in a small town in Holland built in the bed of a lake drained in the 19th Century 4 metres below sea level and the car park about three below that...the small shops above are thriving....just try and park in Shoreham some times !
