With all the Marlipins Museum photos and postcards in our collections this is a video we’ve been meaning to for many years and at long last have finally got round to it

Mother, followed by Father, were the first two leaving the voting venue....and Brother was the one taking a movie shot as Paul Plumb was opening up his shop...also seen clearing snow from outside the 'Kings Head'.
There is also a Shoreham Camera Club clip in existance of my Niece leaving a train at Shoreham station and walking to the 'Kings Head'
Other faces I recognised but could not put a name to them, unlike Gerry !

What is intriguing is where they got the double light "church" window from to replace the old sash window?

Just watched 'A River runs through our town' clip and the preamble of the section on producing the 'Shoreham Herald' when I noticed that the reporter investigating the eviction of a woman interviewed her with belongings outside 'Jacks Bargain Stores' !
