 Impulse Leisure - Lancing Manor are hosting a free 50+ Activity Day on Wednesday 16th September between 10am and 3pm.
Activities will include … Badminton, Short Mat Bowls, Table-Tennis, Indoor Curling, Tennis, Short Tennis, Keep-Fit, Gym Sessions and Petanque with members of the Adur Petanque Club. There’ll also be free health & beauty treatments and instructors will be on hand to provide support and advice if required. A number of other organisations, such as the Adur Older People’s Network and Adur Health Trainers, will also be present on the day, providing information on their services.
