Retr0active to Play Steyning Festival
On Saturday 13th March 2010 the drama hall at Steyning Grammar School will play host to the 11 piece band, RetrOactive at the special event being held to raise
funds for the Steyning Festival 2010.
This fantastic evening’s entertainment offers live music, food and
dancing – a night for all ages, from teens to the very mature. RetrOacitve is one of the South’s leading function bands and play a wide range of music from jazz and swing
through to rock and pop with a repertoire spanning 6 decades making this a
night with something for everyone.
This is a must see band, who deliver a show that never fails to please, with their outstanding vocalists, irresistible 5 sax line up and kicking rhythm section. They will weave their way through the years and genres playing dance floor favourites and delivering a truly entertaining night of music and fun!
With their unique line up they bring a rich mix of sound which lends itself equally to the sophistication of the big band swing era as it does the modern sound of today. So whether it’s the Rat Pack or Robbie Williams that you fancy, you won't be disappointed as RetrOactive covers it all. RetrOactive has played alongside internationally renowned bands and acts and performed at most of the South’s leading venues.
