Dean always makes you feel welcome never any trouble staff are always polite,Food is good value, great drinking hole.

I work away for 4 months at a time but when I come home I am as welcome as if I was there yesterday. I have had many a great night and day in The Waterside and there is always somebody to talk to. It is a shame that the Villa will end the season below Portsmouth but Dean and Julie can't have it all their own way!!!

Without doubt Julie & Dean have turned this into the best pub in Shoreham. The younger generation enjoy the bigger bar on the east side and the older customers frequent the other bar. A snmashing atmosphere at all times of the day and you can still get a pint of Ruddles for £1.65, which is amazing. Dean & Julie are great community people who have helped raise money for charity (St Barnabas). You feel very comfortable in the pub becasue Dean & Jule will not tolerate any misbehaviour, which makes the place a great environment for all age groups. Very nice pub grub on sale as well.

Brilliant atmosphere,Best place to be on a Friday night,Foods really good all week and reasonable price.Bar Staff and Land lord very friendly.

A fantastic spot to refresh your thirst and enjoy the sumptous food! Now they've got this fantastic decking area in the back where yiu can sit and relax while watching life on the river - wonderful.
For those Sporty types theres loads of Sky Sports on all of the time and if you happen not to like this, then you can sit and relax in the restaurant area. Wouldn't change a thing about the place!
