It is with great regret, that I report that Don Bean MBE the Shoreham RAFA airshow director has died
peacefully at home....Don a business man and director of Lancing Glassworks a company which he founded
organised the Airshow from its earliest beginning.....Don was a family man, was awarded an MBE which
was presented by HRH the Queen, for his fund raising for the RAF Association Wings Appeal. Gerry

Very sad news about Don. The airshow has lost 2 stalwarts these past few months. Clear skies to both Don & Peter.
