Of the lot Waitrose gets my vote and for a couple of reasons:
They treat their staff properly - very important as far as I am concerned for any business I give my money to.
People who work there are the most polite, and knowlegeable, of any supermarket; they could give lessons to ALL the other supermarkets.
The goods tend to be better quality.
Most of the prices are comparable to other, less pleasant, shops (I hate the word 'store' and even more so 'instore' ).
Put simply it's not so naff!
