Flowing Hatha Yoga classes with Jenny Wright

I've been practicing yoga for 12 years and I'm now teaching at the beautiful, West Street Loft in Shoreham, just off the high street. I'm passionate about finding the beauty and freedom of movement that yoga can help you discover. I teach a flowing hatha class with strength and alignment, underpinned by an exploration of the breath and stillness within. The classes include asana (posture) work, vinyasa (flowing sequences), pranayama (breathwork), relaxation and a taste of meditation.
