Come along and join us every Monday night at the Ropetackle Centre in Shoreham for a social dose of fun and dancing.
The sessions always start with a warm up where we introduce you to the basic steps, moves and foot work, it’s easy and fun!
Classes are open to all levels from beginners, improvers to intermediate.

After the line up we get straight into breaking down routine moves and steps for all 3 levels
You don't need dance experience to join our classes. If you're not having fun then you are not learning.

STRICTLY DANCING WITH LISA!
An Adult Dance Class Every Monday.
This drop-in class encompasses a variety of dance styles such as jazz, disco, musical theatre, pop,
sixties, swing, salsa and latin (not partner dancing - learn in lines) so each week is something different!
It's good exercise, great fun and open to anyone including beginners.

Venue: The Shoreham Centre, Main Hall, Pond Road, Shoreham-by-Sea BN43 5WU.
Time: 6.15-7.15pm. Cost: £5 on your first visit and £5.50 thereafter or save money by paying in advance
