Working overseas for many of these years has given me a unique insight into a wide range of different cultures, management practices and methods of learning. I spent the first ten years spent working abroad for a leading tour operator, gaining first hand experience and knowledge in my core specialist areas: Leadership and Management Customer Services Communication Total Quality Management Influence and Persuasion Train to Train Performance Management Sales Competency Frameworks A further ten years working for a large corporate organisation as a Development Professional and later as Management Development Manager gave me the opportunity to acquire the professional qualifications to back up and further support my background. These include: Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) Master Practitioner Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) licensed Oxford School of Coaching and Mentoring (OSCM) Coaching Diploma Certificate in Training Practice (CTP) Group Training Techniques (GTT) – licensed to deliver D36 and D37 Style and Substance I now enjoy utilising my knowledge, experience and skills as a practiced consultant with my own clients. In order to encourage my delegates to learn and enjoy the learning I fully utilise the wide range of qualifications and skills acquired over the years and skilfully blend all of these different and diverse perspectives to draw out the very best in people. My background is rooted in developing exemplary leaders and motivating individuals to challenge their own learning boundaries.
