| We are a small, friendly clinic offering both sports and remedial massage in the centre of Shoreham. But you don't have to be sporty to benefit from the type of massage offered - in fact, it's mostly people's lifestyles that bring them to the clinic. Poor postural habits, such as slouching and being hunched over a keyboard, are the main cause of back, neck and shoulder pain. We work on specific muscles and muscle groups to return them to their correct length, then use stretching techniques to keep them that way. Other complaints we can help to alleviate include: carpal tunnel syndrome, tennis elbow, whiplash, and sciatica-type pain. The clinic is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday to Saturday, with late-night appointments available Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. Please note that the entrance is down New Road, and is the very first door on your right, BEFORE the entrance to La Galleria restaurant. | |
