I just thought I'd warn everyone regarding the total lack of customer care available at Sussex Stationers, East Street, Shoreham recently, primarily from the Manager herself. I pre-ordered a book on a Saturday that was to be sent to Australia as a birthday gift, I did the order with the Manager and was told that there was one in stock and that it would arrive the following Tuesday. I stated I was away on holiday for 2 weeks and would collect it on my return. I also gave the manager my phone number in case here was any problems as I had to send the book immediately I returned from holiday so it would get to Australia on time for the Birthday.....
