
Ante & Post Natal Yoga Courses

Impulse Leisure - Southwick are hosting 6 week Ante & Post Natal Yoga Courses starting on Tuesday 13th April.
Post Natal Yoga is suitable for mothers and babies from 6 weeks to 9 months post natal and is at 3.30-4.45pm. Focus is placed on strengthening the pelvic floor, lower back and abdominal muscles plus relaxation!
Ante Natal Yoga is suitable for women 15 weeks pregnant or more and is at 8.15-9.30pm. These sessions help maintain tone and suppleness, relieve common pregnancy related ailments, boost energy and reduce anxiety and stress.
