Deano,
Was in on Tuesday night to watch the MANU vs BCN match, only to be intimidated by that "NOB"behind the bar singing Barcelona in tune to a Queen song.Are staff supposed to be impartial?However the girls behind the bar ill give 10/10.

Always a good night to be had in Waterside, Dean and Julie make it a really welcome place, and Dean has managed to get rid of the trouble makers. Excellent for sports fans as the are 8 T.Vs. Great food too.

Went for the roast dinner last sunday. Plentiful amount of beef but let down by mushy carrots and only 3 tiny potatoes and hardly any gravy. Still hungry after eating! Cut down on the meat portion slightly but give us more veg / spuds. Also, plates were stone cold so dinner was cold half way through eating.

I wouldn't recommend the roast.

dean and julie deserve all the credit for making the waterside the best by far! great food at reasonable prices, friendly atmoshere for all ages, varied live entertainment. dean and julie deserve a big thank you for all the monies they raise for many local charities. only downside trying to understand brummie! keep up the good work.

Nice pub but if you eat there do not have the Steak & Ale pie- mine had two pieces of meat about the size of my finger nail- my wifes all day breakfast was very good.
