I feel I have to raise an issue that is a VERY topical talking point in the Shoreham-by-Sea Forums and its that of the recent "School Allocation Farce" at the Beach School (Click Here to read more and add your comments). I personally know parents that live on the beach, a short distance from Beach Green, are VERY active in helping the community with both Beach Dreams and other worthwhile causes, have a child at the school already and have just been told that their daughter will have to go elsewhere - this is absolutely ridiculous, especially as nearly 300 more homes have just been built within the "catchment area", without increasing the size of the school - JOIN THE DEBATE TODAY! |
